I checked the normal things, it is connected to the internet and downloading from MS directly, there is no proxy or FW rule stopping the installation of the updates. MS to WSUS ever reach 100% they sit around 20-90%. However none of the updates i have selected to pull down from The Wsus server was deployed and the GPO as well and all clients saw the WSUS server right away.
